Terms of Service

Your account

You need an account to use Postlefy, and you're responsible for keeping access to it secure and for everything done under it. Postlefy is for business use; you must be at least 16.

Acceptable use

Postlefy helps you create and publish social content. You're responsible for the content you publish and for following each platform's rules. Don't use Postlefy for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content. You also may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform;
• resell or sublicense access to the service;
• abuse, overload, or circumvent our or any platform's APIs or rate limits;
• scrape or harvest data from the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

AI-generated content

Posts are drafted with AI and can be inaccurate or off-brand. You remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated contentbefore it's published. You own the content you publish through Postlefy.

Autopilot authorization

By enabling Autopilot, you authorize Postlefy to automatically generate and publish content to your connected accounts according to your settings, without further approval for each post. You can switch to Review mode (approve each post) or turn Autopilot off at any time.

Connected platforms

Posting depends on third-party platforms (such as Meta's Instagram and Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others) and their APIs. Your use of each is also subject to that platform's terms, and you are responsible for following each platform's rules and content policies for what you publish. Postlefy connects to these platforms under their developer terms and accesses only what's needed to post for you. Platforms can change, limit, price, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect what Postlefy can do — this is outside our control.

Credits & payment

Postlefy runs on credits, not subscriptions. You buy credit packs through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to their terms. Posting actions deduct credits, and we aim to charge only for posts that actually publish. Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply to future purchases.

Credit expiration

Credits never expire while your account is active. If an account is inactive for 12 months or more (no login), we may expire or freeze remaining credits after warning you by email; logging back in restores access. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Refunds

All sales are final. Credits are non-refundableonce purchased, including any unused balance. If you believe you were charged in error or a payment didn't process correctly, contact us and we'll work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve genuine billing issues. This doesn't affect rights that can't be waived under applicable law.

Intellectual property

You own the content you create and publish through Postlefy. Postlefy retains ownership of its software, trademarks, branding, website, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these terms; nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

Availability

We work hard to keep Postlefy reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted service.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, third-party platform issues, natural disasters, or government actions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for posts that fail to publish due to a connected platform or other factors outside our control. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Postlefy during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using Postlefy and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. Unused credits are non-refundable on termination, consistent with the refund policy above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Payments are additionally subject to the terms of Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app or by email. Continuing to use Postlefy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
